Covid-19 Preventive Measures

We want you to know that it is safe to come to becomeStudio™ during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are taking every precaution to protect your safety and well-being while you are at becomeStudio™.

ATTENDING BECOME APPOINTMENT 

It is safe to attend your scan appointment. All of our partners at becomeStudio™ perform regular cleaning and disinfection of equipment, disinfecting the surfaces, as well as increasing the ventilation and the frequency of our stringent cleaning policies. They will also check the temperature of all our customers before entering the clinic.

PRECAUTIONS THAT YOU CAN TAKE TO REDUCE RISK OF INFECTION

If you are not feeling well, especially if you develop flu-like symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, fever, headache), please reschedule your appointment by clicking the Change/Cancel button on your appointment confirmation email, or inform our customer representative.

If you are taking public transportation to your appointment, please avoid crowds and keep at least 1m from people who are not in your household. You are advised to come alone if possible, to avoid crowding in the waiting area.
When you reach the becomeStudio™ (our partnered dental clinic), keep your mask on, check-in via TraceTogether(SG) app, scan your temperature and sanitise your hand.

HEALTH MEASURES TAKEN BY BECOME TO PREVENT THE SPREADING OF THE VIRUS?

1. Reduced crowding: We open limited slots in a day to reduce crowding in the waiting area at becomeStudio™.

2. Vaccination of staff: The healthcare staff (dentists and nurses) at becomeStudio™ have been vaccinated against COVID-19.

3. Facilities: All of our partners have put in place increased safety measures for disinfection & ventilation, on top of ensuring all comply with current government guidelines.

4. Screening: All customers are required to wear face masks, sanitise their hands, and get their body temperature checked. If a customer shows COVID-19 symptoms, they are not allowed to enter the premises.
